Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years, or 13+ years of experience if no degree.
• Experience with active sourcing, candidate assessment/interviewing, closing strategies and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, offer extension and more.
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the ATS with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect.
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).
