Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2 to support recruiting operations across its multi-state environment. The role handles complex scheduling, onboarding follow-up, and data integrity within ATS/HRIS while partnering with People Services and Total Rewards to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR administration, or related human resources experience.
• Multi-state and high-volume hiring experience in mid-to-large organization
• Understanding of Affinitive Action, EEOC, Titles VII & IX DOL
• Thorough working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems, recruiting and onboarding workflows, I-9 and pre-employment documentation requirements, data retention, EEO/AAP documentation, reporting controls, process auditing, and related recruiting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Independently maintain ATS and HRIS records, post and close requisitions, monitor approvals and workflow status, audit data quality, resolve routine system discrepancies.
• Coordinate and audit employment documentation, HRIS transactions, I-9 records, background screening status, and onboarding requirements for new hires and internal movements; identify missing documentation and drive resolution.
• Serve as primary operational contact for candidates throughout recruiting lifecycle, including scheduling, offer routing, background screening coordination, onboarding follow-up, and high-touch candidate experience.
