Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist 2 to independently manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and moderate-complexity roles across branches, member contact center, and operations. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple states
• Experience with ATS platforms and candidate communication tools
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII)
• Ability to interpret recruiting data and provide actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles
• Coordinate screening, interviews and offers
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, social platforms and partnerships
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate ATS documentation
