Job summary

Nuvision Credit Union is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2 to manage complex recruiting workflows, maintain ATS/HRIS data integrity, coordinate onboarding, and support reporting across a multi-state hiring environment.

You will partner with People Services, Total Rewards, and hiring managers to ensure a high-touch candidate experience, compliant processes, and efficient recruitment operations in a dynamic, member-focused credit union.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting coordination or related HR experience.
• Experience with multi-state and high-volume hiring.
• Understanding of AA/EEO, Titles VII & IX, DOL requirements.
• Knowledge of ATS/HRIS, onboarding workflows, I-9 and pre-employment documentation.
• Awareness of automation and AI-enabled recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS/HRIS records, post/close requisitions, monitor approvals, audit data quality.
• Coordinate employment documentation, onboarding requirements, and background checks.
• Serve as primary operational contact for candidates through the recruiting lifecycle; manage scheduling and offers.
• Prepare recruiting dashboards and reports; identify trends and data quality issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transitions.
