Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2 to manage complex recruiting workflows, maintain ATS/HRIS data integrity, and coordinate onboarding across multi-state locations. You will support reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with People Services and Total Rewards.

You will influence candidate experience, ensure documentation accuracy, and help drive efficiency and automation within our recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR administration, or related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently maintain ATS and HRIS records, post and close requisitions, monitor approvals, audit data quality, resolve discrepancies, support automation efforts.
• Coordinate and audit employment documentation, HRIS transactions, I-9 records, background screening, and onboarding requirements for new hires and internal moves.
• Identify missing or inconsistent documentation and drive timely resolution; audit employee files as needed.
• Serve as primary operational contact for candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, including scheduling, offers, background checks, and onboarding follow-up.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Nuvision's employer brand and Employee Value Proposition.
• Prepare and quality-check recurring recruiting dashboards and reports; identify trends or discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Assist with telecommuting workflow administration, documentation review, and employee communications.
