Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional recruiting/staffing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage an average requisition load of 30-35+ professional level positions in a fast paced environment; load may exceed average during peak recruiting seasons.
• Speak with authority to attract key talent by understanding the business, products, and services of the client organization.
• Communicate expertise and provide guidance on OFCCP policies, procedures and best practices to internal customers.
• Develop strategic recruiting plans tailored to each requisition, reflecting understanding of hiring needs.
• Consult with the hiring manager on market availability, trends, roadblocks and solutions to overcome them.
