KellyMitchell is seeking a Senior Advisor - Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business groups and geographies. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source top candidates, conduct interviews, and guide offers and onboarding.

The role emphasizes relationship building with candidates, business leaders, and HR partners, with a focus on diverse sourcing and strategic market insight.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholder groups independently.
• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Proven sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising stakeholders on recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing and networks.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interview coordination, references, offers, onboarding.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates, HR teams, and leaders.
• Recruit across multiple positions, groups, and geographies, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and selection processes.
• Ensure diverse candidate slates and support diversity hiring initiatives.
• Track documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and labor regulations.
• Monitor metrics, channel effectiveness, and cost per hire.
• Use the ATS MyJobs in the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment projects and guide less experienced team members.
