Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with client stakeholders and Hiring Managers, owning requisition fulfillment and delivering quality hires. You will collaborate with Sourcing Specialists and global teams to execute talent strategies and meet SLAs.

The role requires 3+ years in consultative recruiting and 5+ years in candidate generation, with strong MS Office, ATS and CRM proficiency. Expect a performance-driven, high-pace environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Intake calls with stakeholders to clarify positions and set expectations.
• Advising on sourcing strategies and market intelligence for hiring managers.
• Managing the candidate pool including internal, ad responses, and direct sourced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
• Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies.
• Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility based on resumes and interviews.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates to meet client deliverables.
• Protecting the candidate experience and fostering strong partnerships across boundaries.
