• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and recruitment channels.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from interview coordination through onboarding.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates, HR teams, and business leaders.
• Recruit across multiple position types, groups, and geographies, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise on market trends, talent availability, sourcing strategies, and selection processes.
• Ensure diverse candidate slates and support diversity hiring initiatives.
• Track recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and labor regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, channel effectiveness, and cost per hire.
• Utilize MyJobs ATS throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment projects and provide guidance to junior team members whenever needed.
