CPKC is seeking a fixed term Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 6-8 month contract to support Canada and the U.S. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, craft compelling postings, drive interviews, and optimize candidate experience across regions.

In this role you’ll develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and guide offers, while ensuring inclusion initiatives and a smooth onboarding process. Travel to Canada may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting for engineering, skilled trades, or front-line leaders in industrial settings.
• Strong emotional intelligence to influence decision-makers and deliver a world-class experience.
• Proactive, adaptable self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid passport with ability to travel to Canada without restrictions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and timelines.
• Create and optimize job postings to reflect responsibilities; manage postings and candidate progress using SuccessFactors.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to attract top talent while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Screen candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements; participate in interviews and provide guidance on best practices.
• Advise hiring teams through the offer process, including compensation recommendations; coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding.
