Job Summary

Our client, a leading tech company, is looking for a Senior Advisor - Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruitment across various business groups and geographies. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing and interviewing skills, experience recruiting specialized or hard-to-fill roles, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and HR partners. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on position requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and appropriate recruitment channels
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interview coordination, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, HR teams, and business leaders
• Recruit across multiple position types, business groups, and geographies, including specialized and hard-to-fill roles
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, sourcing strategies, and selection processes
• Ensure diverse candidate slates and support diversity hiring initiatives
• Track recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures, audit requirements, and applicable labor regulations
• Monitor recruitment metrics, sourcing channel effectiveness, agency performance, quality of hire, and cost per hire
• Use the designated applicant tracking system, MyJobs, throughout the recruitment process
• Support recruitment projects, sourcing initiatives, and process improvements while providing guidance to less experienced team members when needed

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholder groups independently
• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Proven sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Experience recruiting for specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-fill positions
• Strong understanding of talent markets and the ability to develop effective sourcing strategies
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising stakeholders on recruitment needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Work Environment

Location: Florida REMOTE Contract: 6 months Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
