Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter for a 5-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role is open to candidates in Florida, Ohio, Texas, or Georgia. You will partner with Hiring Managers to lead sourcing, screening, and shortlisting, delivering a high-quality, bias-free recruitment process.

As a trusted adviser, you will build talent pools, use Workday ATS, and manage the full lifecycle across distributed teams. Salary ranges from $71,000 to $91,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate recruitment experience across senior and director-level roles
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Proven experience meeting demanding targets in a fast-paced, client-driven recruitment environment
• Hands-on experience using Workday as an ATS
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates across various roles and seniorities
• Experience managing full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, direct sourcing
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to advise and influence stakeholders with market insights
• Proficiency with recruitment technology, databases, ATS platforms, and digital sourcing tools
• Experience collaborating with remote and geographically distributed teams
• Knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Adviser to Hiring Managers and Recruiters
• Develop sourcing strategies using market insights to influence hiring outcomes from the start
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations
• Share candidate feedback and adjust recruitment strategies as needed
• Create compelling, accurate job adverts to attract applicants
• Engage candidates professionally across multiple channels and headhunt where appropriate
• Maintain candidate pipelines and build long-term relationships
• Present candidates accurately to clients with bias-free selection
• Track progress and performance in recruiting systems
