Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is a leader in digital technology, and we are seeking a Systems Support Specialist IV to troubleshoot complex networks, systems, and applications for our customers from a remote setup.

This role combines remote work with periodic on-site travel to client sites across Indiana and nearby regions; you will perform root cause analysis, resolve issues efficiently, and work closely with customer IT staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years increasingly responsible experience in networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity and related software.
• Knowledgeable in information & Document Lifecycle process, products and services.
• Experience with hardware and software industry.
• Experience with installation and upgrades; experience with multifunctional devices.
• Experience in cloud applications, IT Infrastructure & Security and systems integration.
• Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to sites periodically.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
