Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Systems Support Specialist IV for a remote role. Ideal candidates should be located in New York, New England, Indiana or Michigan and will troubleshoot complex networks, systems, and applications to positively impact our customers.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in networking, systems support, interfaces, connectivity and related software.
- Experience with information & document lifecycle processes, products and services.
- Knowledgeable in hardware and software industry.
- Experience with installation and upgrades; must have experience with multifunctional devices.
- Experience in cloud applications, IT infrastructure & security and systems integration.
- Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis of problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems efficiently.
- Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
- Perform confirmation tests as directed.
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
