You will troubleshoot networks, connectivity, systems and applications, and perform remote/on-site repair as needed. The role emphasizes problem solving and customer IT coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity and related software.
• Knowledge of information & document lifecycle processes, products and services.
• Hardware and software industry knowledge.
• Experience with installation and upgrades; multifunction devices.
• Experience with cloud applications, IT infrastructure & security and systems integration.
• Expertise in workflows, processes and scripting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues cost-effectively.
• Monitor systems and manage network site surveys.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface with customer IT personnel.
