Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Regional Service Specialist to deliver remote and on-site support, train dealers and distributors, and drive technical excellence across EID products.

Key responsibilities include onboarding staff, developing training content, and documenting issues for management. Candidates should have strong communication, travel readiness, and 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Engineering experience in related areas.
• Proven Training/Instruction experience with Dealers/Distributors or clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for guidance and consultation.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Provide escalated technical and non-technical support for Toshiba products.
• Educate Dealers/Distributors to ensure understanding of products and issue resolution.
• Onboard Dealers/Distributors and conduct formal technical training on EID products.
• Develop training content with Curriculum Development Dept for seminars and trainings.
• Remain current on technology used in EID equipment and offerings.
• Attend Technical Training Schools at Toshiba locations or virtually.
• Document dealer issues and provide reports to Management.
