Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Systems Support Specialist IV for a remote role. Ideal candidates should be located in New York, New England, Indiana or Michigan and will troubleshoot complex networks, systems, and applications to positively impact our customers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in networking, systems support, interfaces, connectivity and related software.
• Experience with information & document lifecycle processes, products and services.
• Knowledgeable in hardware and software industry.
• Experience with installation and upgrades; must have experience with multifunctional devices.
• Experience in cloud applications, IT infrastructure & security and systems integration.
• Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems efficiently.
• Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues.

As a Systems Support Specialist, you will enjoy making a positive impact on the business and our customers through troubleshooting complex technical problems related to networks, connectivity, systems, and applications.

Your core focus as Field Service Technician will be to provide remote and on-site repair of system problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

What You'll Do

• Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible experience in a combination of the following areas; Networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity and related software.
• Demonstrated experience with information & Document Lifecycle process, products and services.
• Knowledgeable in hardware and software industry.
• Demonstrate comfort with installation and upgrades; Must have experience with multifunctional devices.
• Experience in cloud applications, IT Infrastructure & Security and systems integration.
• Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting.
• Valid Driver’s License and must be able to travel to sites periodically

• Hourly Range: $26.30-$35.99, depending on experience.
