Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Systems Support Specialist IV for a remote role. Ideal candidates are in NY, New England, Indiana or Michigan and will troubleshoot complex technical problems across networks, systems, and applications.

The role focuses on efficient remote/on-site repair, root-cause analysis, and customer IT collaboration to keep systems running smoothly. Compensation includes an hourly wage, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking systems, systems support, interfaces and connectivity.
• Experience with information & Document Lifecycle processes, products and services.
• Knowledge of hardware and software industry.
• Experience with multifunctional devices installation and upgrades.
• Experience with cloud applications, IT infrastructure and security, and systems integration.
• Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to travel to sites periodically.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues efficiently.
• Monitor systems and manage network site surveys and actions.
• Conduct confirmation tests as directed.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
