Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Systems Support Specialist IV. This remote role focuses on diagnosing and resolving complex network, systems, and application issues for our customers, with periodic travel to sites as needed.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree or equivalent and have 5+ years in networking, systems support, and related IT areas. You’ll work with customer IT teams, perform root cause analyses, and ensure reliable, secure technology across our enterprise.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• ≥5 years experience in networking, systems support, interfaces, connectivity.
• Experience with information & Document Lifecycle processes
• Experience with hardware and software industry
• Experience with multifunction devices
• Experience with cloud applications, IT infrastructure & security and systems integration
• Experience with workflows and scripting
• Valid driver2s license and ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
