Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Regional Service Specialist (Remote) to provide escalated technical service and training for EID products to Dealers and domestic Distributors. You will ensure effective problem resolution, documentation, and customer satisfaction across Toshiba product lines.

You will onboard dealers, deliver formal technical training, and stay current with technology used in EID equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in technical support of MFPs and networked products.
• Experience in training/instruction (Dealer/Distributor/Client).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical service/support for Toshiba products to Dealers/Distributors and end users.
• Onboard Dealers/Distributors and conduct formal technical training on EID products and services.
• Document data, advise management on escalated issue trends, and ensure proper documentation.
• Attend training schools onsite, at Toshiba locations, or via virtual classrooms.
• Perform dealer/distributor visits and document outcomes per standard procedure.
• Support Client Services in escalations to resolve device performance and dealer compliance.
