Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Regional Service Specialist (Remote) to provide escalated technical support, onboard dealers, and deliver formal training on EID products. You will document issues, stay current with technology, and collaborate with management to identify trends.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of technical engineering experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively while maintaining professionalism and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Engineering experience.
• Technical Support on MFPs and networked products.
• Training/Instruction experience (Dealers/Distributors/Clients) – Classroom, Certification Training, Webinars, 1:1.
• Handling of escalated technical issues (Tier 2/3).
• Repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Ability to transfer technical service knowledge to Dealers/Distributors.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical and non-technical support for Toshiba products.
• Educate Dealers/Distributors to ensure understanding of products and issue resolution.
• Onboard Dealers/Distributors and conduct formal technical training on EID products.
• Develop training content and collaborate with Curriculum Development for seminars.
• Stay current on technology used in EID equipment and offerings.
• Attend Toshiba Training Schools and document activities with Dealers/Distributors.
• Visit Dealers/Distributors and document service and technical matters.
