Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. Land Systems seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager based at Bridgeton, MO with in-person or remote options. You will lead the Purchasing System, MMAS, and CPSR readiness, guiding procurement and supplier management while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations.

You will mentor staff, coordinate training, and interface with internal leaders and external customers on compliance matters. A DoD background and CPSR familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in DoD contractor supply chain, procurement, or compliance.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals.
• Experience managing cross-functional compliance programs.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Experience leading CPSR preferred.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR trade compliance preferred.
• Experience preparing material basis of estimate packages preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CFCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain systems to ensure policy adherence.
• Provide guidance on complex FAR/DFARS regulations related to subcontracting and sourcing.
• Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies, tools, and controls.
• Support BOE inputs for customer proposals ensuring compliant cost data.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across procurement and supplier management.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with stakeholders and customers on audits.
• Develop and coordinate annual compliance training modules.
• Generate reports consolidating purchasing data to aid decision-making.
• Maintain audit trails per regulations and company policy.
• Lead internal/external audits of the Purchasing System and CPSR readiness.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into policy updates.
• Mentor junior compliance staff on regulatory requirements.
