Job summary

CopperPoint Insurance Companies has a fully remote opportunity for a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster. The candidate will analyze and adjudicate time loss workers’ compensation claims to ensure timely payment and compliance with regulations.

This role requires at least 3 years of claims adjusting experience with strong technical knowledge in workers’ compensation. Benefits include medical insurance, 401k plan, and PTO accumulation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years prior experience handling/adjusting workers’ compensation claims.
• Arizona workers’ compensation claims management experience is required.
• Knowledge of DOI, NCCI, Department of Labor rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate indemnity claims to determine compensability.
• Build and maintain relationships with injured workers and policyholders.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
