Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years prior experience handling workers’ compensation claims.
• Experience in Arizona workers’ compensation claims management is required.
• Strong judgment and discretion in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate indemnity claims to determine compensability.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Ensure timely payment of indemnity and medical benefits.
