Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. You will execute high-dollar procurements, manage SOWs, and navigate FAR/DFARS requirements. Remote or on-site work options are available.

The role includes negotiation with critical suppliers, review of regulatory requirements, and support to multiple sites, including international coordination. Strong contract and purchasing background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and related contracting methods.
• Experience creating and managing SOWs through ETR release.
• Advanced purchasing experience and PO creation in ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and cost assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Create and manage SOWs and drive them through ETR release.
• Issue RFI/RFQ packages and ensure complete information.
• Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, and Long-Term Agreements; maintain legal records.
• Support proposal costing for subcontract material and labor.
• Travel up to 5-10% (1-2 trips per year).
