Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our rapidly growing Supply Chain team. This role will execute and manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors in accordance with subcontract Statements of Work (SOWs) and navigate FAR and DFARS requirements.

This position may be performed remotely or on-site at a Saab, Inc. office location, with responsibilities spanning regulatory compliance, SOW development, and supplier negotiations across multiple

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5+ years of experience or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts.
• Experience creating and managing SOWs through ETR release.
• Strong negotiation and purchasing background.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Create and manage SOWs and drive ETR release.
• Issue RFI and RFQ packages and ensure complete information.
• Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, and Long-Term Agreements.
• Write contract letters and maintain records per US Government purchasing system.
• Support proposal costing and cross-site coordination.
• Travel up to 5-10%.
