Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. This role manages high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS.

The position can be performed remotely or on-site, with responsibilities spanning SOW creation, ETR releases, risk mitigation, supplier performance reviews, and cross-site coordination. US citizenship required for government contracting work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering with 5+ years' experience, or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and government contracting methods.
• Experience creating and managing SOWs through ETR release.

Responsabilités

• Review requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Create and manage SOWs and drive them through ETR release.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Support international coordination and multiple sites.
