Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead as a Senior Manager to originate, grow, and deliver Adobe transformation programs for clients. You will drive opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee cross‑functional delivery teams across marketing and customer experience programs.

You will manage timelines, costs, and quality while guiding executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities, with up to 80% travel to support engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience selling and delivering Adobe cross‑platform implementation.
• Expertise in 2–3 of: Adobe AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP.
• Proven success in marketing transformation and CX modernization.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program/project management and ensure objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
