Job summary

Petauri Advance is seeking a Senior Speaker Bureau Coordinator to oversee complex pharmaceutical speaker programs across multiple brands. You will independently manage end-to-end program execution, ensure industry compliance, and guide junior coordinators while partnering closely with pharmaceutical clients to anticipate needs and maintain progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible meeting, event, or speaker program experience.
• Knowledge of speaker bureau operations, compliance, and SOPs.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and speaker bureau platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage budgets and payments.
• Strong analytical and financial-management skills with reporting experience.
