Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and grow strategic accounts.
• Experience with budget management and forecasting for client programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee speaker bureau operations and client programs from proposal to completion.
• Lead executive-level client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders for effective execution.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, invoicing, and accrual management.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency.
