Job summary

The Steely Group seeks a Senior Manager, Speaker Programs & Peer-to-Peer Operations to build and optimize the operational backbone for compliant speaker bureau, P2P, and patient education programs. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and external agencies to standardize processes, controls, and reporting across end-to-end program lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating models, governance, and workflows for speaker programs and P2P initiatives across formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
• Oversee onboarding, contracting, training coordination, attendee management, and logistics for speakers and patients.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships, budgets, and spend reconciliation with Finance and Compliance.
• Develop KPI dashboards, routine reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and compliance.
