Job summary

Petauri Advance is seeking a remote Client Services professional to identify new business opportunities and manage live and virtual client meetings. You will coordinate logistics, content, and compliance while maintaining strong relationships with faculty and stakeholders.

The role requires 4–5 years in medical communications, oncology familiarity, and the ability to lead projects and mentor teammates in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
• Four to five years’ experience in medical communications required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Functional knowledge of PhRMA guidelines.
• Experience leading advisory boards and live meetings.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new business opportunities by listening to client’s needs and perceived gaps, and recommend tactics.
• Execute successful live and virtual meetings for clients, including management of logistics and content needs.
• Oversee logistics for meetings, including participant communications, venue needs, and partnership with MSS for content needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with meeting participants, faculty, and other thought leaders.
• Oversee live meeting compliance including pre-meeting compliance checks and Sunshine Act reporting.
• Provide onsite live meeting management, including client interactions and registration.
• Partner with freelancers or other departments for successful project execution.
• Support team growth and provide mentorship and actionable feedback to team members.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
