You will develop client partnerships, oversee live and virtual meetings, manage timelines and budgets, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality deliverables while expanding business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field
• 6-7 years experience in medical education, corporate or brand communications, pharmaceuticals, or a mix
• Strong project management, budgeting and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver medical communications solutions and project strategy
• Lead client relationships and oversee project management from inception to close
• Mentor and develop internal team members and manage budgets
• Coordinate live and virtual meetings, including onsite support and materials
• Ensure quality and alignment of all deliverables and optimize timelines to maximize profitability
