Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability software company, seeks a Solutions Engineer for a remote role in the Western United States. You will demo the product, answer questions in sales calls, and support customers through workshops and proofs of concept.

You will document use cases and contribute to a fast-paced sales cycle, delivering scalable, repeatable technical guidance while collaborating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
