Qualifikationen

• Located in Tokyo, Japan and able to work remotely with global teams.
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration with global customers and internal teams.
• Ability to articulate Grafana's value proposition and technical advantages.
• Interest in solving technical challenges and growing technically; MEDD(P)ICC a plus.

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagements and help close complex opportunities through deep technical credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape to internal teams.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems; help create enablement material.
