The role spans technical presentations, post-sale enablement, and cross-team collaboration to shape our product and messaging. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with Open Source or monitoring tech, and comfort working in a remote-first,

Qualifications

5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
Excellent written and spoken communication for remote collaboration with global customers.

Responsibilities

Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems the right way.
Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
Own technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities through competitive knowledge and credibility.
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
Provide feedback to product and internal teams on customer needs and competitive landscape.
Lead documentation, write blog posts, create knowledge base materials for enablement.
