Job summary

F5 is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the sales organization in North America. The role combines sales and technical duties to design, demonstrate, and validate F5 solutions for customers and partners. Training and certification are provided to stay current on critical skills.

The SE will work remotely in North America, drive the sales process, and aim to achieve assigned targets while delivering excellent customer service across the lifecycle of engagements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS, EE, MIS or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of web servers and web applications.
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience in DevOps environments and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging and solutions to meet customer objectives.
• Provide technical expertise through presentations, demos, and POCs.
• Identify opportunities and map organizational structure for technical decision makers.
• Drive the sales process with Account Manager, securing technical validation and sponsorship.
• Deliver world-class customer service throughout the lifecycle.
