Job summary
F5 is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the sales team with technical solutions for customers and partners across North America. You will design, present, and demo F5 technologies, helping customers accelerate application delivery and security.
In this role you will map opportunities, engage Technical Decision Makers, and drive proof-of-concepts while collaborating with Account Managers. The position offers remote work with training and certification provided.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in CS, EE, MIS or equivalent experience.
- F5, Citrix, Riverbed, Kemp, or others.
- Knowledge of web servers and web applications.
- Skills in Linux/UNIX-based systems.
- Skills in networking technologies and Internet security products.
- Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Experience in DevOps environment.
- Experience with enterprise customers in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and solution designs.
- Map opportunities and identify the technical decision maker.
- Drive the sales process with the Account Manager and sponsorship.
- Consistently provide world-class customer service throughout the life cycle.
- Application acceleration.
- Application request routing.
- Web serving.
- Dynamic content caching.
