Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Acquisition, based on the West Coast and predominantly remote. You will join our Enterprise SE team to educate potential and existing customers, ensure success, and help sales qualify and close opportunities.

You’ll own technical engagements, deliver demos, and contribute to enablement content while collaborating with a global, remote-first team. This role demands strong communication skills and a technical mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value, vision, and strategy to customers.
