Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Acquisition for West Coast (Remote). As part of the Commercial Solutions Engineering team, you will educate customers, demo Grafana Cloud, and help qualify and close opportunities.

You will partner with Sales, own technical engagements, deliver presentations, and contribute to enablement content while working with an international, remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote-first, international team.
• West Coast location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth team to solve technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition to customers.
• Own the technical engagement and help close high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
• Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs.
• Enhance documentation, write blog posts, create enablement content.
