Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Acquisition, to join our West Coast remote team. You will own the technical engagement with customers, partner with Sales, and help close opportunities with deep product and open-source know-how.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to work across an international, remote-first organization. You will deliver compelling demos, evaluations, and enablement sessions, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• We’re a startup so your job duties will be varied and require strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• We are a remote-first company with an international team and strong written/oral communication requirements.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities through competitive knowledge and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on needs learned during customer interactions.
• Help create enablement material like docs, blog posts, and videos.
