As technical leader for your territory, you will mentor your team, define innovative solutions, coordinate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product Management, and ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Industry knowledge of security product market trends and roadmap awareness.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory.
• Training, mentoring, and reviewing employees on your team.
• Support field Solutions Consultant team in complex evaluations and problem-solving.
• Leads and coaches team on technical validation efforts to ensure technical win.
• Define, create and monitor individual development plans for your team.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams.
• Provide effective technical leadership in customer interactions.
• Drive Platformization efforts within your accounts.
• Coordinate with Domain Specialist Manager to align resources.
• Act as escalation point for issues with pre- and post-sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers for references.
• Present as expert to customers from technician to CIO.
• Discuss competitor products and position ours as best alternative.
• Work with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D to build requirements and features.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Develop a technical strategy with sales counterpart to accelerate growth.
