Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Consultant Manager to lead the District Solutions Consulting team. You will guide technical solutions, mentor staff, and drive value realization for customers across on-premises, cloud, and security operations services.

Expect close collaboration with sales and product teams to shape our cybersecurity offerings. As the technical leader for your territory, you’ll ensure coaches and engineers deliver market-leading security guidance, maintain reference

Qualifications

Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
Knowledge of security product market trends and roadmap.
Experience in selling, designing, implementing or managing security solutions (Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory.
Train, mentor, and review employees on your team to keep them engaged and successful.
Support field Solutions Consultant team in complex evaluations and challenging customer environments.
Lead and coach team on technical validation efforts to ensure technical wins.
Define, create and monitor individual development plans for your team.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure adoption of solutions.
