Job summary

Insurity seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to drive discovery, deliver value-based software demonstrations, and support the full sales cycle from discovery through RFP/RFI responses. You will collaborate with sales, product marketing, cloud operations, and services teams to tailor demonstrations and ensure customer success.

The role requires deep insurance domain knowledge, experience in translating use cases to geospatial SaaS solutions, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/sales engineering/insurance sales in a complex, solution-based environment.
• Experience in insurance or reinsurance with risk assessment, underwriting, exposure management, or claims analysis.
• Ability to translate insurance use cases into geospatial solutions for SaaS sales.
• Strong ability to present to non-technical audiences and communicate business value.
• Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• AI enablement experience.
• Diploma or degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with sales to understand needs and document business requirements.
• Deliver value-based software demonstrations in-person and remotely.
• Lead proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and other required documentation.
• Provide post-sale support to the project/implementation team for a smooth transition.
• Deliver presentations at industry events and maintain competitive battle cards with Product Marketing.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations and Professional Services on migration implications.
• Lead client-facing discovery and analyze integrations to document guidance.
