Job summary

Insurity is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant in the United States to drive the sales lifecycle with compelling demonstrations and discovery sessions that translate insurance needs into practical software solutions.

You'll collaborate with sales, product marketing, and cloud operations to tailor demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and assist in migrations to our cloud platform, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales/sales engineering/insurance sales or operations experience in a sophisticated environment.
• Proven track record in the insurance or reinsurance sector, with risk assessment, underwriting, exposure management, or claims analysis.
• Ability to translate insurance use cases into geospatial solutions and discuss with sales teams.
• BA/BS degree required or relevant industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions to understand business requirements and document them.
• Compose and deliver value-based software demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
• Support all phases of the sales cycle, including coordination of customer proposals and RFPs/RFIs.
• Provide post-sale support to the project/implementation team for smooth transitions.
• Develop and present industry-focused materials and battle cards with the Product Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations and Professional Services on migration implications to our cloud solutions.
• Lead integration reviews and rework guidance for customer environments.
