Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead pre-sales efforts, translate customer needs into platform capabilities, and guide technical validation and value demonstrations for financial, governance, and sustainability use cases.

You will run product demonstrations, build Proofs of Concept with partners, engage executives, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Services to drive adoption. Up to 40% travel; remote-friendly across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings and drive discovery.
• Demonstrate expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting domains.
• Assist sales in developing account plans aligned to company strategies.
• Conduct process assessments, build Proofs of Concept, and present business cases.
• Ensure customer success with implementation partners and client services teams.
• Develop new use-cases or adapt existing templates to show impact and value.
• Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to reach goals.
