Assured is hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our distributed team. You will own the technical relationship with named carrier accounts, run discovery and design for deployments, and write actionable defect tickets.

The role blends hands-on integration work with collaboration alongside a Client Engagement Manager to ensure successful implementations. You will monitor data health, review API payloads, and help translate complex requirements into clear docs and guidance for carriers.

Qualifications

• Comfort with SQL, JSON, and APIs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies.
• Clear written communication for defect tickets and docs.
• 5–10 years in technical, analytical, or client-facing roles (SaaS preferred).
• Exposure to AI or ML-powered products and ability to explain features.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and design deployments and integration strategy with a Client Engagement Manager.
• Embed during deployment, expansions, and FDT opportunities.
• Own the technical narrative across carrier accounts.
• Write defect tickets with clear repro steps, payloads, and success criteria.
• Review API payloads for accuracy and run smoke tests before ship.
• Maintain versioned workflow documentation and mapping specs as integrations evolve.
• Monitor account health with SQL queries on production data to flag anomalies.
• Handle internal incident management across carriers and escalate as needed.
• Grow ownership for one or more carrier accounts over time.
