Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and to act as the Revenue and Renewal team's product expert. You’ll master our products, demos, system architecture, security, and implementation needs, while aligning with customer requirements and the sales process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits implementation in HR tech or benefits administration.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers clearly.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs and cross-train teammates.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and how they fit customer architectures.
• Speak to security and data privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and highlight competitive advantages.
• Support RFPs and security questionnaires with input on plan design analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
• Travel up to 25%.
