Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support planning, configuration, documentation, testing, and release readiness for technology-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into configured workflows and actionable delivery tasks, working with no-code/low-code platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise application delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT business and information environments analysis.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data management and reporting.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Familiarity with IT system/software lifecycle.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes and workflows.
• Configure no-code platforms and workflow automation solutions.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and deployment activities.
