Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote-based role open nationwide in the United States. You will support no-code and low-code platforms, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise delivery, translating business needs into configured solutions and documentation.

You will gather requirements, document current and future processes, configure components, assist with testing and release readiness, and drive improvements across teams to meet

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication with technical teams.
• Experience with data management.
• Ability to compile Excel, PowerPoint, Word documents.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Familiarity with data modeling & data mining.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into configured workflows and documentation.
• Configure no-code software platforms.
• Extract data from disparate systems for BI.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and testing.
• Support release management and deployments.
